Overview

This policy explains how StrikeTrack handles information when you use its timer, show forms, saved and community reports, administrator tools, sharing features, and donation link.

Information StrikeTrack handles

Reports may include whether the work is a load-in or load-out, plus a show or tour, venue, date, duration, crew size, truck count, departments, gear, conditions, and notes. Public contributors do not need an account. StrikeTrack receives account details only for authorized administrator access.

Hosting and security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, request time, requested page, and security or error logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Device-saved and shared reports

StrikeTrack can store reports and preferences in your browser's local storage. These remain on that browser and device unless you clear them, edit them, or submit them to the shared database.

Community reports are stored online and may be visible to other users. Administrators may review, hide, restore, or delete them. Deleting a device copy does not necessarily delete a separately submitted community copy, and clearing browser data may remove device-saved reports.

Reports marked as tests, including reports titled exactly “Test,” are automatically removed from shared Reports five hours after submission. Related records or files may remain briefly in moderation records or backups.

When you add photos to a shared report, StrikeTrack stores the image files, filenames, file types, sizes, and report association. A private edit-code credential authorizes later changes. Uploaded photos may be visible with the community report. Remove location metadata or other sensitive details before uploading.

How information is used

Information is used to provide timers, reports, searches, sharing, and community features; authenticate users; moderate content; maintain security; troubleshoot problems; enforce the Terms of Use; and meet legal obligations.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with other users when you submit or share a community report; with providers that host, authenticate, secure, or operate StrikeTrack; when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights; or in connection with a transfer of the service. StrikeTrack does not sell personal information.

Venmo and external links

Selecting Donate opens Venmo. Venmo handles information under its own privacy policy, and StrikeTrack does not receive your payment credentials. Other sharing destinations and external links have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Device reports remain until you delete them or clear browser storage. Shared reports and moderation records may be retained while needed to operate and secure StrikeTrack, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations. Hidden or deleted records may remain in backups or audit logs for a limited period.

You can avoid community submission, edit or delete device reports, clear local storage, and decline external links. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with an account or shared report, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

Security and children

StrikeTrack uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information in reports.

StrikeTrack is intended for production professionals and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Regional rights, changes, and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. StrikeTrack will respond to verified requests as required by law.

This policy may be updated as StrikeTrack changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be directed to support@striketrackapp.com. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
