Terms of Use
Effective July 25, 2026
Agreement and service
These terms govern your use of StrikeTrack. By using the service, you agree to them. StrikeTrack helps stagehands and production professionals record and share show load-in and load-out information.
User reports may reflect different crews, conditions, equipment, and timing methods. StrikeTrack does not guarantee that a report is complete, accurate, current, or representative of a future show.
Accounts and access
Contributors receive a private report password (also called an edit code) for each report and are responsible for keeping it secure. Anyone with that password may change the report or add photos. Administrator features require separate authorized sign-in.
User-submitted reports
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant StrikeTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and share it as needed to operate and improve the service.
Do not submit content that is knowingly false, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe. Do not disclose personal data, credentials, backstage security procedures, trade secrets, confidential production information, or other information you are not authorized to share.
Moderation
StrikeTrack may review, hide, restore, or delete reports; restrict access; and retain moderation records to protect users and the service. Content may be removed without notice when it violates these terms or creates risk. StrikeTrack is not required to monitor every submission.
Reports marked as tests—and reports titled exactly “Test”—are temporary and are automatically removed from shared Reports five hours after submission. Contributors are told about this expiration when submitting a test.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, harvest, republish, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit StrikeTrack or its report database; bypass security or access controls; use bots to collect data or overload the service; introduce malicious code; violate another person's rights; or misuse the StrikeTrack name or logo.
Intellectual property
The StrikeTrack name, logo, visual design, original text, software, and other service materials belong to StrikeTrack or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Donations and third-party services
The Donate button opens Venmo, which has its own terms and privacy practices. Donations are voluntary, do not purchase ownership or special access, and generally are not refundable except where required by law. StrikeTrack is not responsible for Venmo or other external services.
Safety and professional judgment
StrikeTrack is an informational tool, not a substitute for a call sheet, venue plan, safety briefing, labor agreement, employer instruction, or professional judgment. Follow applicable safety procedures, venue policies, union rules, and directions from authorized production personnel.
Disclaimers and liability
StrikeTrack is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrikeTrack disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrikeTrack and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, work, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions may not allow all exclusions.
Changes, termination, and contact
StrikeTrack may change, pause, or end the service, and may suspend access for violations of these terms. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the effective date will be revised for material updates. Questions may be directed to support@striketrackapp.com.
